Who can be against us?

Hey Y’all! Good news! We are HALF WAY there! That’s right, Fridays is right around the corner, finals are almost over and Christmas Break is at our finger tips. WE CAN DO THIS!!

I don’t know about you guys but this semester has been a little rough for me. A new place, new faces, and new trials all had me a little overwhelmed a little bit at the beginning, but thinking back on it, I am so happy that God has placed me where I am at today. Through this new place called Liberty University, I’ve learned more about myself that I doubt I would have ever gotten the chance to know anywhere else. Meeting new faces is always a scary thing for an introvert, but I have made some of the closest friendships this semester that I pray that will last a life time. But what I really want to focus on are the trials that we face. When we are fully searching out the plan that God has for us and our focus is only on Him, I believe that the enemy then tries to bring us down even more. This could be through the self-conscious thoughts we think that no one knows but us, like how we aren’t good enough, or through something that happens within our close circle of family and friends. But I came to tell you something if you are in this place right now,

“What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?” -Romans 8:31

The fact is that, trials are inevitable. We all go through them, but remember that our God is bigger than the storm that you are in.

I pray that you all have a happy and safe break, enjoy your loved ones as much as you can.

XOXO

Cayce
